What is the pulley ratio?

It comes with a 2:1 pulley ratio, supporting 420 LBS per side for the cable system. You can purchase the M1 1:1 Ratio DIY Set RTM1 to switch between 2:1 and 1:1 without replacing the whole machine.

What upgrades have been made in the M1 Pro?

With the M1 Pro, you'll get a Smith machine entirely made of aluminum pulleys, new aluminum alloy handles, and additional Olympic bar storage, and more. These features make the machine much smoother and more fluid to use.

Why choose aluminum pulleys over plastic ones?

Our M1 Pro Smith Machine is equipped with 18 aluminum pulleys, offering smoother, more durable, and quieter operation. They are a reliable, long-lasting choice for your fitness journey, making home workouts non-disruptive for others.

Is it hard to assemble? How long does it take?

Assembly takes about 2–3 hours with 2 people. An illustrated manual and step-by-step installation video are included.

Can I upgrade it later?

Yes. Multiple optional attachments are available for M1 PRO, including FUM1, LAM1, LDM1, LHM1, LPM1, PBM1, RTM1, TAM1 and WSM1 weight stack set.
